I just received my first order of a Redken product. It arrived very quickly. I used Redken for many years before the company was bought out and I don't like the new formulas. Getting the original product from Stuff4Beauty is terrific. I wish there was a way to get the original Wella Kolestral - the alternatives are not equal in any way and I've tried them all. I definitely will be buying from Stuff4Beauty in the future. Great service! Thanks.

My first experience buying from Stuff4beauty has been an excellent one. Thank you to the kind, understanding, and accommodating people who work for Stuff4beauty for answering my messages promptly and being so helpful. Even with the international shipping cost, the overall cost was less than what it would have been using any other website. Using salon-quality professional products at home worked out just as perfectly as I'd hoped and it looked even better than getting it done at a salon because I spent more time working on my long hair than most other hairdressers would. The packaging was outstanding, and some lovely product samples were included in the package. Thank you for being reliable and providing such a high quality service. The amount of times I will be able to glaze my hair at home with just one 16 oz bottle is equal to well over a thousand dollars of salon appointments. I had a problem dispensing a product from the moment it arrived, and following my unsuccessful attempt at resolution using the very understandable instructions from customer service, the product was promptly replaced. All email communications were very timely and professional as well. Love the fact that I can still access discontinued products. |

My product arrived quickly and was securely wrapped so as to avoid any breakage or spillage. And as a nice perk, they threw in a couple of sample Paul Mitchell deep conditioning hair masks and a complimentary plastic hair cap. Nice touch! Really impressive customer service right there.
