Besides having quality products I wanted to rave about great customer service! I had accidently ordered 2 of the same product instead of one shampoo and one conditioner. I called customer service talked to Barb ( who was great by the way) regarding my error and that I had sent an email as soon as I noticed it. She informed me of the options and what she was going to try and do. The results were great, she was able to change my product order prior to shipping. Had that not been possible I had no issues with how the return would be handled. I was concerned about restocking charges and was assured that would not happen. Again Thanks! | ||
