I have been using Matrix Essentials So Silver shampoo for about a year. For the past two months, I have experienced itching, burning, swelling and blistering skin eruptions on my shoulders, arms and fingers. I visited a dermatologist and have been systematically excluding certain foods from my diet in hopes of discovering what triggered this problem. I had no idea what was causing this. After realizing that the last, and most severe episode came on the day after I shampooed my hair (yesterday), I succeeded in reading the fine print on the shampoo bottle using a magnifying glass. It described exactly that the skin problems that I was experiencing were a possibility after prolonged product use. I am appalled that a shampoo that could cause such harm is still on the market, and hope that in the future you will make the effort to eliminate the irritating ingredient(s) or at least place a LEGIBLE warning on your product's bottle. Thanks for your prompt attention to this serious matter. | ||
