I found this shampoo to be very nourshing for my dry brittle, chemically treated hair. My hair feels so soft, and my husband noticed it had "bounce!" I am so satisfied with this purchase. I love Alterna products in general, and this one did not fail to impress! I will also be trying the matching Alterna conditioner soon.
