I had really really dry hair and using the All Soft line made quite a
difference... for a while. After about 2 weeks, my hair became very
gummy feeling from, what I'm guessing, is built-up residue. I switched
shampoo/conditioner/leave-in brands and that build-up went away. I've
tried it twice since then, and every time I use All Soft, it's good for about 2
weeks, give or take, and then massive gumminess kicks in and my hair
begins to feel like straw.
I've noticed that my hair has been a little dried out (probably from blowdrying) lately so I picked up this Redken All Soft Heavy Cream. I have both the Redken All Soft Shampoo and Conditioner which I LOVE! I am not surprised I am in love with this heavy cream too! THE SMELL of these products are the BEST! I think it smells like sweet almond oil. The cream isn't heavy, it's more like a soft cream that works into your hair to make it soft. However, don't put too much on your roots because your hair WILL get greasy. Other than that, it is a fine product.

recommend this product. I use
a high lift hair color to
lighten my hair and find this
deep conditioner counteracts
the drying effects.
I have very long, dry, coarse,
frizzy hair. Nothing has
worked for me as well as this
product does. From the moment
I applied it, I knew that it
would be effective. The
fragrance is wonderful, it has
a lot of slip (so you can
finger-comb the product
through your hair easily), and
it hydrates.
It made my hair very
managable, noticibly shinier,
and I got almost professional
flat-iron straightening
results. Being
jamaican/dominican I highly
recommend this product for
ethnic or biracial people.

felt my hair as amazingly soft
as I do when I use All Soft!
Works great with all types of
hair! (Coarse hair works
better with the All Soft Heavy
