Unfortunately this isn't one of the best shampoo/conditioner lines out
there. For the price it's ok. For me, I have naturally curly, frizzy hair that
I straighten a few days a week. I feel like this doesn't moisturize my hair
as well as they say it does. The smell is amazing and the shampoo
lathers great but overall it's not the best. I'd rather spend a little extra
money for a better product.

Considering the regular price of Pro V Restoratives, I expected it to actually restore lusture and shine. It did condition somewhat well and I love the scent of all Pantene products. However, no real difference in shine.
I am on my third can of
Pantene Texturize Hairspray.
I like this as well as the
expensive Sebastian and I can
pick it up at the super
market. Holds great and my
hair combs out clean, not
sticky. Good product!
First thing that struck me
about this is that the
conditioner is purple color,
which was different. I'm used
to white colored conditioners
when it comes to Pantene.
The fragrance was nice and my
hair smelled really nice after
the wash.
I will say overall that my
hair was a lot more manageable
than usual but the frizz wasnt
completely gone. Still nice to
have
My hair is very coarse and
curly so it is difficult to
find a good, affordable
shampoo and conditioner to
use. I felt that this was
pretty good for the money it
cost. The shampoo may have
caused a bit of a drying
effect but overall it was well
worth the price (especially if
you have a coupon!).
I love pantene shampoo. I have
been using it for years and I
have found this product to be
quite effective. The
conditioner worked well on my
somewhat dry hair.
I have never been impressed
with pantene shampoo and
conditioners as my experience
was they never did much of
anything for my hair and left
it frizzy. I was pleasantly
surprised when Restoratives
Time Renewal made my hair
appear much healthier. If you
need to buy a drugstore brand,
go for this one.
I really love the Pantene ProV
Restoratives conditioner. It
did wonders for my hair, was
soft and easy to
manage..however, I did not
like their shampoo. I left my
hair feeling stripped and
coarse. I usually have better
results with their products. I
was expecting something better
for the price of each.
i just love all pantene
products. theyre much less
expensive than salon brands
and i find they work just as
well for my hair. if youve
never given them a try they
might just be exactly what
youve been looking for
I tried the new Pro V
hairspray (flexible hold). The
spray holds pretty well, but I
would not recommend this
product. After using the
hairspray if you curl your
hair, even the next day, it
fries your hair, your hair
gets all stuck together, and
it breaks.
i love pantene but this stuff
seems to do the same as the
original. i am still shedding
like crazy in the shower and
have used this for a while
now. smell good but thats
about it.
I have long hair that is fine
and alot of it. My hair is
prone to frizzsies and split
ends. I get regular hair
trims, but still end up with
damage from the sun and pool
and have a lot of breakage. I
used this for a couple of
weeks and dramatically saw a
difference in the amount of
hair breaking and clogging my
drain. My hair was stronger,
shinier and more full of life
that with any other shampoo I
have ever tried. This is a
great product for me and I am
a huge fan. Good job Pantene!
I wondered how a hair care
line was going to make my hair
stronger and keep it from
breaking so much but decided
to try it anyway. I used it
for about two months and kept
hoping and hoping to see some
changes in the amount of hair
that was breaking off. But I
finally had to admit that
nothing was changing and give
up. My opinion. Get a hair
cut more often if you have a
breakage problem. It is the
only thing that is truly going
to help.
I love the Frizz control Pro-v
it is the first frizz control
that actually works on my
hair. I live in the south and
frizz is - no was a fact of
life but using the shampoo and
contioner together with the
ultra smoothing balm my hair
is frizz free and soft! I tell
everyone about this product -
yeah for Pantene finally a
product that gets the frizz
out!!
This new line claims, in one
months time, they can repair
current breakage and split end
issues. It also claims it will
make your hair stronger, thus
preventing future breakage and
split end problems. Do not believe it. It has
been five months since I began
using this particular line by
Pantene. My split end problem
has actually gotten a little
worse. The shampoo and
conditioner do leave the
sections of my hair, that are
unaffected by spilt ends,
shiny and silky soft. Every
Pantene product I have ever
tried does this. The shampoo
only requires a small amount
to get a mild lather. This is
good for two reasons. Too much
lather in a shampoo is Not
good for you hair. The second
reason: with a price tag of
almost 6.00, you will want the
tube to last longer. The scent
is very soft and fresh and it
lasts until you shampoo again,
the next day. 2.5 stars for
the softness, and shine of
my
hair. No Stars for its ability
to repair, prevent split ends,
and strengthen my hair.
