My long, straight hair... Sep 12, 2008

...never looked so healthy! I don't color my hair, but it is bleached out from the sun and broken by the wind, which might as well be the same thing. I have been using the Hydrate line by Pureology since 2003 and cannot, I repeat, CANNOT, substitute another conditioner. Even the most hydrating versions of Dove, Bumble and Bumble or Paul Mitchell can't do what this little purple bottle does to repair my hair. I am in the water 3 days a week, and with hair that reaches my bikini bottoms, my ends look more like straw than hair. I take a travel bottle with me to the beach and the boat to keep the ends hydrated and I avoid the scarecrow look. I've even got my 56 year old father (who has grown his thin gray hair out past his shoulders) using Pureology Hydrate. Now when he's not surfing, he doesn't LOOK like a surf bum with straggly hair, he looks polished and clean, like a dad should. We're a family with an addiction to Pureology, and the hydrate line is our MUST HAVE on a surf trip.
