I have colored hair that is currently dry from medications that I amm on. This shampoo has helped a lot. It does not strip the moisture from your hair, and yet it leaves it feeling clean. It is a great addition on top of my conditioner to help my dry, chemically treated hair. I would recommend it to anyone, no matter their hair type.
