I have long naturally curly/wavy hair and I have been using this product for about 8 years. It's the best thing I've ever found. Apply to wet hair by scrunching it in, the more you scrunch, the more your curls are defined. Once dry, it does not give you that stiff frozen hair look, run your fingers over your hair lightly and you have beautiful soft defined curls. Check out Vivid Color Reparative Shine as well:-)
