If you have damaged, dry or limp hair this is a great conditioner for you. It is meant to be used as a rinse but you can use it alone after shampooing with other Paul Mitchell products. It has a very subtle and soothing herbal smell to it that lingers long after your hair has dried. Thumbs up from my family!
