How fast will I get my order? TOP
All of the products shown in our outlet store are in stock and shipped immediately. Normal delivery time is on the average 3-5 business days. Can I order by phone? TOP
Yes! If you are in one of the 48 US states, you can call toll free 1-866-458-4441 between the hours of 11 am and 5 pm central time, Monday through Thursday to place a phone order. How do you ship? TOP
Our shipping option is mainly UPS but at times we do ship US Postal Service in some cases. We determine the method based upon the weight of your package.
Please double check the accuracy of your billing and shipping addresses prior to submitting your order. Any package returned to stuff4beauty.com due to incorrect address information provided be reshipped at your expense.
If UPS has to correct your address as a result of you entering it incorrectly when you place your order, there will be a $10 charge added to your bill. Apt or suite numbers, as well as if your street name is a road, way, drive, court, ect.... must be included when you enter your address. How do I contact customer service? TOP

It is our desire for you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We trust that you choose your products carefully. All of the products for sale on our website are authentic name brand products.
We assume that if you place an order with us you have done your research and carefully selected the products you ordered. We are always here to help you select products that are right for you if you are unsure. Therefore, we trust that you accurately selected your products once your order was placed, as we have a strict return policy.
Before purchasing, carefully review the product description to be sure that you are interested in purchasing the product. Purchase the smaller or sample size if available if you are not sure how you will react to a product.
If we sent you a product you did not order by our mistake, contact us we will resolve the problem. If you receive a product that was damaged in transit, please contact us within 24 hours of the order arriving to you.
We provide no cash refunds or charge card credits for unauthorized items returned to us. All merchandise being returned must be authorized before you return it, and must be arranged within 5 business days of receiving your order.
We reserve the right to substitute a listed product for one of a different size. We will always make these substitutions on the side of the customers best interest.
We cannot accept any returns for items which are not factory sealed due to State, Federal and Local Health Laws and Concerns.
If you cancel an order that has been already processed and/or shipped, we do not refund shipping and there is a 50% restocking fee on your order. Additional $5 administrative fee will be charged for any cancelled domestic paypal payment orders. Unauthorized returns become the property of Stuff4Beauty and will be disposed of. Products on our website are priced per each unless otherwise stated. If you are unsure what a product price is, please contact us before you pay. Returns of shipped merchandise are not accepted for price reasons alone. View your cart total, product price/quantity/size before you pay. We recommend price comparison shopping before you order.

Stuff4Beauty Outlet store offers $5 flat rate standard shipping on most orders shipping to an address inside the Continental U.S.A.
There is a delivery charge of $6.99 for standard delivery to any address in the USA 48 states. There are additional shipping fees for APO, AK, HI, PR and all territories outside the Continental USA. Orders placed in our Outlet store are treated as separate orders and are shipped separate from our main store orders. Do you ship International? TOP
